The official ground breaking ceremony was held recently for Claremont Companies’ Hilton Homewood Suites in Brookline.
Group One Partners, Inc., the hotel architect, interior designer, and purchasing agent, is working with Tocci Building Companies, R.W. Sullivan Engineering, and Goldstein Milano on the Claremont Companies’ property. The 97,775sf, 130-room extended stay hotel will occupy the space of the former Red Cab site that has been vacant for more than 20 years.
